*International Shipping may sometimes include additional fees depending on weight and country.

All prices displayed are in Australian dollars.

All shipping packaging is environmentally friendly.  The shipping bags are compostable, just put them in your compost bin or find a composting facility close to you.  If not they can be sent to landfill and will biodegrade in landfill within 2 years.  For more info refer to FAQs.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

Pineapple Republic must be informed and the product must be sent back before the end of 30 days after receiving the product.

We only offer a replacement or refund for damaged or faulty goods.  We don’t offer replacement or refund for change of mind.
We don’t offer replacement or refund for an item that has been damaged because of incorrect use.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the event your product is faulty or damaged, please contact Pineapple Republic to organise a return.  Items must be in the original condition and with any  packaging you recieved it in.  All items will be inspected once received before a refund or replacement will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For replacement, once approved we will send a new replacement item to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pineapple Republic is not liable/does not accept liability for lost parcels.
